Magic! Magic! Magic!

Just the word makes my whole being tingle.. what about you? What does Magic mean to you?

Remember that scene in "Sleepless in Seattle" where Tom Hanks has finally given in to his son and is talking on the phone to the "shrink" about his wife.. and what it was like with her. She asks him what exactly about her that was so special. He answers.. it was the way she could peel an apple all the way, the way she loved Christmas.. and he says I knew the first time I touched her.. I was just taking her hand to help her out of the car.. and I knew.. it was..... Magic"

I've never forgotten that scene or that phrase. It is magic isn't it when we feel that with another person? I think most of us do experience that kind of "magic" at some point in our life.

But Magic is present everywhere. Magic is woven into the fabric of this Earth and all the beings who walk upon her. Magic is not just present when we experience that electric "zap" with another person, Magic is all around. I feel Magic when I sit under an old Oak Tree or under the Apple trees in the gardens & I feel the faeries. I close my eyes, I can just see and feel the apple blossom fairy and the lavender fairy and the green pea fairy flying around, playing, tidying up the garden.. they sprinkle me with fairy dust and it's... magic!

It's looking at my daughter when she's shining... telling me about her latest adventure or her latest project or her latest love.

 It's when I'm totally connected to Mother Earth or to the Angels, my guides, helpers, ancestors, star beings. When I feel that "frisson" of energetic "wow" that goes through my body, emotions, mind and spiritual being .. that "magic" of being connected to Divine Source Energy, the All that Is, "God" or whatever name by which that energy of pure Love is known.

So how do you feel more Magic in your Life? You look for it! Look for the Magic!

If you look closely, you will see it's all around! You may find it in the eyes of the dog or cat or pet who loves you unconditionally. You may see it shining in that Robin who's taking a bath in the bird bath. You see magic a lot in little kids.. because they are always chasing the fairy dust!

 Magic is always sparkling on Mother Earth... anywhere you go. If you live in a city, perhaps it's harder to find the magic.. but it's there. Listen to that Crow as he "caws" at you flying past your window. Smile at someone you don't know and when they smile back.. that's magic!
